Privacy Policy

This is a summary privacy notice for the liq·cx pre-testnet waitlist. A full GDPR/CCPA-compliant policy will replace this document before testnet launch.

Data we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address, optional Twitter/X handle, optional role, and optional message you submit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. For product analytics we use PostHog (EU region) — page views, scroll depth, click events, and anonymous session recordings — to understand how the site is used and improve it. PostHog requests are routed through our own domain via a reverse proxy (/ingest/*). PostHog sets a first-party cookie to de-duplicate anonymous visitors. We do not link this analytics data to waitlist submissions.

How we use it

We use the waitlist data to contact you about testnet access and significant product updates, and for aggregated analysis of interest in the protocol. We do not sell or rent your data. Waitlist data is processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc. Product analytics data is processed on our behalf by PostHog, Inc., with EU-region data residency (servers in Frankfurt, Germany).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing us from the address you signed up with. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively; these will be detailed in the full policy.
